Penelitian yang berjudul "Pengaruh Faktor Fundamental Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Jakarta" ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Book Value Per Share (BVPS)terhadap harga saham. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana populasi sebesar 45 Perusahaan LQ 45 dan diambil 26 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Karena penelitian dilakukan untuk tahun 2002 - 2004 sehingga jumlah total sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 78 perusahaan. Untuk menganalisa data digunakan beberapa metode, yaitu Uji Normalitas Data dengan menggunakan metode grafik; Pengujian Asumsi Klasik dengan menggunakan Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi; Uji Regresi Berganda denga menggunakan Uji Statistik t, Uji Statistik F, Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel bebas Earning Per Share (EPS) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham (2) variabel bebas Book Value Per Share (BVPS) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Research entitling "Influence Of Basic Factor To Price Share at Company of LQ 45 in Jakarta Stock Exchange" this aim to know the influence of Earning Per Share (PS) and Book Value Per Share (BVPS) to share price. In this research, intake of technique sampel of purposive sampling where population equal to 45 Company of LQ 45 and taken by 26 company as sampel. Because research done/conducted for year 2002-2004 full scale so that research sampel is counted 78 company. To analyse data used by some method, that is Test of Normalitas Data by using graph method; Examination of Classic Assumption by using Test of Multikolinearitas, Test Heteroskedastisitas, Test Autokorelasi; Test Doubled Regresi of using Statistical Test of t, Statistical Test of F, Coefficient of Determinasi. Result of research indicate that (1) free variable of Earning Per Share (EPS) owning influence which is signifikan to share price (2) free variable of Book Value Per Share (BVPS) have influence which is signifikan to share price.
