Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan terhadap suatu pekerjaan dari penggunan suatu sistem informasi oleh pengguna-akhir (End-user) yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor-faktor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tingkat kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan oleh pengguna-akhir terhadap suatu sistem informasi. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) yang dilakukan berdasarkan model hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti, dimana arah hubungan variabel diatur semisal dari paling kiri sampai paling kanan dan hubungan antara variabel digambarkan dengan tanda panah. Pada penleitian cara melakukan analisis jalur yaitu dengan bantuan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner, baik melalui online maupun melalui tertulis. Kuesioner yang didapat sebanyak 205 buah. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 2.0.M3 untuk menghitung bagian statistikal pada penelitian ini.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) kepuasan suatu pekerjaan (Job Satisfaction) dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan terhadap sistem informasi (Information System Satistaction), (2) kepuasan terhadap sistem informasi ini dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel yakni dari utilisasi sistem (System Utilization) dan dari lingkungan pengguna-akhir (End-user Environment) yakni dari kemanjuran-diri berkomputer (Computer Self-efficacy), (3) utilisasi sistem dipengaruhi dua variabel baik dari perbedaan individu (Individual Differences) maupun dari lingkungan pengguna-akhir, yakni dari keahlian pengguna-akhir (End-user Ability) dan kemanjuran diri berkomputer, (4) kemanjuran-diri berkomputer dipengaruhi oleh keahlian dari pengguna-akhir (5) kepuasan suatu pekerjaan dipengaruhi oleh kemanjuran-diri berkomputer.
This study analyzes the satisfaction of a job from the use of an information system of end-users which are influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study was to test the level of satisfaction with the work of end-userÂ’s information system. The methods that are used to analyze this study were using the Path Analysis which is based on the model of the relationship between the variables that set where the direction is set such variable relationship from the far left to far right and the relationship between the variables represented by arrows. In this study, it describes how to perform path analysis of the model with the help of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data that are used are the primary data using a questionnaire, either online or through writing. The questionnaire obtained as many as 205 pieces. Tests are performed using the SmartPLS application version 2.0.M3 to calculate the statistical part in this study.
The results of this study found that (1) Job Satisfaction can be influenced by Information System Satisfaction, (2) Information System Satisfaction is influenced by two variables which is Utilization System and from End-user Environment, that is Computer self-efficacy, (3) Utilization System is affected either of the two variables of Individual Differences as well as of the End-user Environment, i.e. from the End-user Ability and Computer Self-efficacy, (4) Computer Self-efficacy is influenced by the End-user Ability (5) Job Satisfaction self- is affected by Computer Self-efficacy.
