The research is aiming to study the possibility of implementing the balanced scorecard concept as the performance measurement system at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The method of this research is by applying the current performance measurement system implemented by PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja to the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. The data for the research is mainly primary data, which is collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting interview with the managers of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The research itself resulted in the conclusion that the balanced scorecard is possible to be implemented as the performance measurement system at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, off course some adjustments are needed in order to implement it. The current performance measurement tools implemented by PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja are included some of the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. In order to fully implement the balanced scorecard concept, frequent survey and data gathering are needed to be done.
