Faktor Penentu Kesuksesan Pengembangan Proyek Ti Studi Kasus Pada Pt. Gamatechno

Sesuai dengan hasil kajian teori terdahulu diketahui terdapat empat faktor kritis yang memberi kontribusi pada kesuksesan proyek, yakni faktor kritis komunikasi, produk output proyek, lingkungan proyek, dan tim proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor kritis komunikasi, produk output proyek, lingkungan proyek, tim proyek dan mengidentifikasi faktor kritis lain pada kesuksesan proyek TI PT. Gamatechno tahun 2012. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus sebagai media ilustrasi. Dalam proses analisis deskriptif digunakan model konfirmatori untuk mendeskripsikan teori penelitian terdahulu dan eksploratori untuk mengidentifikasi FKK lain yang muncul. Digunakan analisis konten untuk menganalisis data primer berupa hasil wawancara naratif dengan empat orang informan, dan jurnal terdahulu sebagai data sekunder. Tiga proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak dianalisis peneliti sebagai objek penelitian. Dalam hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor kritis komunikasi, produk output proyek, dan tim anggota proyek secara konsisten muncul pada semua jenis dan ukuran proyek. Faktor kritis tambahan berhasil diidentifikasi peneliti adalah perencanaan proyek, kompetensi manajer proyek, kompetensi manajer proyek, dan pengawasan pada biaya proyek.
Based on the previous research there are four critical factors that contributes to a success project, they are communication, product, environment, and project members. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the existing of the four critical success factors and identify the critical success factorsthat appeared in project success. The researcher used descriptive analysis as a research design. Three of software development projects were analyzed as the object of study. The content analysis were used by researcher to analyze the primary narative data based on interview with four informant, and IT journal as the secondary data source. This study indicates that the critical factors suchas communication, product, environment, and project team consistently appeared in all types and sizes of projects. Based on primary data the four additional critical success factors support the success IT project such as project plan, project managers competency, clear projects objective, and budget control.
