Pengaruh Privatisasi Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Telekomunikasi Indonesia: Studi Kasus PT Telkom Tbk. Dan PT Indosat Tbk.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh privatisasi terhadap kinerja Indosat dan
Telkom. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji secara empiris pengaruh privatisasi
terhadap kemampuan perusahaan dalam mendapatkan profit dan melakukan
efisiensi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah privatisasi
meningkatkan profitabilitas dan efisiensi Indosat dan Telkom. Metode penelitian
yang digunakan adalah panel data (pooled data), melalui pendekatan model OLS
(common slope and intercept) dan fixed effect serta heterogenous panel. Hasil
penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa privatisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
peningkatan profit dan efisiensi kinerja Indosat dan Telkom.
This study discusses the influence of privatization in Indosat and Telkom
performance. The purpose of this study empirically tested the effects of
privatization on firms ability to make a profit and efficiency. The hypothesis
proposed in this research is to privatize its profitability and improve the efficiency
of Indosat and Telkom. This research method use pooled data, whether approach
with OLS model (common slope and intercept), fixed effects, and heterogenous
panels. The results of this research showed that privatization have a significant
effect on profit and efficiency improvement of Indosat and Telkom performance.
