Pengaruh Persepsi Keadilan Organisasional Terhadap Hasil Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Para Karyawan Minimarket Alfamart di Cilacap)

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasional berupa keadilan prosedural dan keadilan distributif terhadap hasil kerja berupa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional para karyawan minimarket Alfamart di Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam penyebaran kuesioner pada para karyawan garda depan (frontline) yang sudah bekerja dalam kurun waktu minimum 1 tahun. Sebanyak 100 orang karyawan berhasil memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel responden penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional (distributif dan prosedural) secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil kerja berupa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional baik secara individu (uji t), secara simultan (uji F) maupun uji Adjusted R2.
This research tested the impact of organizational justice (procedural and distributive justice) on the workoutcome such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment of all employees at Alfamart Mini Market in Cilacap. This research used non probability sampling method, purposive sampling technique in spreading the questionnaires to all front liners of Alfamart in Cilacap who have been working for at least 1 year. 100 employees could fulfill all the criterions as respondent sample of this research.
The findings indicate that organizational justice (distributive and procedural) significantly has a positive impact on performance; work satisfaction, and organizational commitment as individual (t-test), simultaneous (F-test) and Adjusted R2.
