Analisis hubungan budaya organisasi dan quality of work life perawat di RSI Surakarta

Service quality in a hospital is an important thing, and the employees (especially nurses) are required to give their best services to the patients.
This research is aimed to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and nurses' Quality of Work Life at RSI Surakarta, by including the measurement of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, empowerment, job involvement, and intent to turnover as factors that described in Quality of Work Life.
The result from this research, there are positive relationship between organizational culture and nurses' Quality of Work Life. The analysis data shows that the organizational culture are positively and significantly related to nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, empowerment and job involvement; while negatively and significantly related to nurses' intent to turnover. The strong organizational culture at RSI Surakarta will increased nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment, empowerment and job involvement; and also will decreased the nurses' intent to turnover.
