Hubungan antara Tacit Knowledge dengan Kinerja Akademik Mahasiswa

IPK merupakan standar penilaian kinerja yang diterima dan dipahami oleh mahasiswa. IPK perlu dikelola karena mahasiswa beranggapan IPK yang tinggi akan membantu mereka untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. Dalam Penelitian terdahulu ditemukan ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi IPK, salah satunya adalah tacit knowledge. Ada enam variabel tacit knowledge yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Swa-motivasi kognitif, Swa-organisasi kognitif, Tugas teknis individu, Tugas teknis kelembagaan, Tugas sosial terkait dan Interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan variabel-variabel tacit knowledge terhadap IPK mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel swa-kognitif motivasi, tugas sosial terkait dan interaksi sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPK. Sedangkan ketiga variabel lainnya yaitu: swa-organisasi kognitif, tugas teknis individu dan tugas teknis kelembagaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPK.
GPA is a standard performance evaluation received and understood by students GPA needs to be managed because students assume a high GPA will help them to get a decent job. In a previous study there are found a lot of factors that affect the GPA, one of them is tacit knowledge. There are six variables tacit knowledge which examined in this study, namely: self cognitive self motivation, cognitive self organization, technical individual task, technical institutional tasks, social tasks related and social interaction. This study aims to examine the relationship tacit knowledge variables on student GPA. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.
These results indicate that the variables self cognitive self motivation, social tasks related and social interaction significantly influence the GPA. While the other three variables, each are: cognitive self organization, technical individual task and technical institutional tasks does not significantly influence GPA.
