Pengaruh Supply Chain Integration, Supply Chain Information Sharing, Supply Chain Design dan Supply Chain Flexibility Pada Kinerja Supply Chain Rumah Makan/Restoran di Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supply chain integration, supply chain information sharing, supply chain design dan supply chain flexibility terhadap kinerja supply chain pada rumah makan/restoran. Dorongan utama dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, dimotivasi oleh kinerja supply chain dan manajemen yang efektif dari supply chain semakin diakui sebagai faktor penting dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Kedua dimotivasi oleh studi empiris dari kinerja supply chain yang berbeda. Keragaman pandangan mengenai kinerja supply chain mendorong munculnya beragam studi empiris yang berbeda dari segi dimensi dan konstruk, hal ini mengindikasikan kebutuhan untuk analisis lebih spesifik dari faktor yang diprediksi dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan mengapa kinerja supply chain lebih baik. Kinerja supply chain yang baik dalam suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh supply chain integration, supply chain information sharing, supply chain design dan supply chain flexibility.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dari 78 responden rumah makan/restoran di Yogyakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa supply chain information sharing tidak menjadi faktor pendorong meningkatnya kinerja supply chain pada konteks rumah makan/restoran. Ada faktor lain yang menjadi pendorong bagi meningkatnya kinerja supply chain pada rumah makan/restoran, yaitu supply chain integration, supply chain design dan supply chain flexibility.
This study aims to analyze the impact of supply chain integration, supply chain information sharing, supply chain design and supply chain flexibility on supply chain performance at the house dining/restaurant. The main thrust of this study is the first, motivated by the supply chain performance and effective management of the supply chain is increasingly being recognized as an important factor in achieving competitive advantage. Second are motivated by empirical studies of different supply chain performance. The diversity of views on supply chain performance to encourage the emergence of a variety of different empirical studies in terms of constructs, this indicates the need for more specific analysis of predictable factors that can be used to explain why a better supply chain performance. A good supply chain performance within an enterprise is influenced by supply chain integration, supply chain information sharing, supply chain design and supply chain flexibility.
This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 78 respondents house dining/restaurant in Yogyakarta. The analytical tool used is the Multiple Regression. The study found that supply chain information sharing is not a factor driving the increased supply chain performance in the context of the house dining/restaurant. There are other factors that become drivers for the increased supply chain performance at the house dining/restaurant, which is supply chain integration, supply chain design and supply chain flexibility.
