Investasi saham di pasar modal membutuhkan beberapa informasi untuk membantu investor dalam membuat keputusan. Faktor fundamental yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk menilai harga saham antara lain return on total assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt equity ratio (DER), book value per share (BVS), dan earning per share (EPS) yang perubahannya berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental terhadap harga saham di Bursa Efek Jakarta. Secara empiris diketahui bahwa BVS, dan EPS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan harga saham sedangkan ROA, ROE, dan DER tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Return on total assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt equity ratio (DER), book value per share (BVS), earning per share (EPS), harga saham.

Stock investment in capital markets needs some information to help investor in making decision. Fundamental factor can be used as the point to value the the stock price as part of it is return on total assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt equity ratio (DER), book value per share (BVS), and earning per share (EPS) determine the variation of the stock price directly. This research is intended to analyze the influence of fundamental factor on the stock price in Jakarta Stock Exchange. It empirically is found that BVS and EPS have signficant influences on the dynamics of the stock price and ROA, ROE, DER have not signficant.
