Pengaruh Perceived Helpfulness of Performance Appraisal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Umpan Balik Sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh umpan balik reguler sebagai variabel pemoderasi dalam pengaruh perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal terhadap kinerja karyawan dan metoda regresi termoderasi hirarkis (hierarchical moderated regression) untuk menguji hipotesis moderasi.
Hasil survei terhadap 43 responden pada PT Nissan Mlati menunjukkan bahwa perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pemberian umpan balik reguler dalam level yang tinggi membuat hubungan antara perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal dan kinerja karyawan semakin positif.
The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal on the employee work performance. Besides, this research was also examines the effect of regular feedback as a moderating variable in the relationship of perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal on employee work performance.
This research uses a simple regression analysis method to examine the effect of perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal on employee work performance and moderated regression hierarchical methods to test the moderation hypothesis.
A survey of 43 employees from PT Nissan Mlati showed that perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal has a positive effect on employee work performance and providing regular feedback in a high level can make the relationship between the perceived helpfulness of performance appraisal and employee work performance more positively.
