Pengaruh Partisipasi Terhadap Performa dalam Capital Budget Teams: Kasus Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara partisipasi dalam anggaran, pertukaran informasi, budget performance emphasis dan hirarki vertikal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta dengan sampel berjumlah 40 orang, dianalisis menggunakan simple regresi, multiple regresi dan multiple regresi dari Baron dan Kenny (1986). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi dalam anggaran tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, partisipasi dalam anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap pertukaran informasi, pertukaran informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, partisipasi dalam anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap budget performance emphasis, budget performance emphasis tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, hirarki vertikal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Untuk hasil uji mediasi Baron dan Kenny (1986) adalah pertukaran informasi didukung secara statistik bahwa telah memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja sedangkan budget performance emphasis didukung secara statistik bahwa telah memediasi secara sebagian hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of participation in the budget , the exchange of information , budget performance and hierarchical vertical emphasis on employee performance . The research was conducted at the Institute of Education with a sample Plantation Yogyakarta about 40 people , were analyzed using simple regression , multiple regression and multiple regression of Baron and Kenny (1986 ) . Based on the analysis of data , it can be concluded that participation in the budget no positive effect on performance , participation in budgetary positive effect on the exchange of information , exchange of information has a positive effect on performance , participation in budgetary positive effect on performance budget emphasis , budget emphasis performance is not a positive influence on performance , vertical hierarchy has a positive effect on performance . To test the results of mediation Baron and Kenny (1986 ) is statistically supported information exchange that has been fully mediates the relationship between budgetary participation and performance while the performance budget supported statistically emphasis that has been partially mediate the relationship between budgetary participation and performance .
