ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DAN KEPUASAN STAKEHOLDER TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DALAM LQ45 PERIODE 2007-2010

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Kinerja Perusahaan dan Kepuasan Stakeholder terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar dalam LQ45 Periode 2007-2010”. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang berturut-turut terdaftar dalam LQ45. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang telah ditetapkan, terdapat 16 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan, harga saham, jumlah saham, beban pajak dan beban bunga. Analisis penelitian pengaruh kinerja terhadap harga saham perusahaan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana sedangkan penelitian pengaruh kepuasan stakeholder terhadap harga saham perusahaan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian pertama yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa Return on Equity dan Return on Asset berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Economic Value Added dan Market Value Added tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Lalu penelitian kedua didapat bahwa Time Interest Earned, Sales dan Pajak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, yang berarti kepuasan pemilik obligasi, konsumen dan masyarakat mempengaruhi harga saham suatu perusahaan. Kepuasan pemegang saham dengan variabel Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
The study is titled “The Influence Analysis of Corporate Performance and Stakeholder Satisfaction on Stock Price in the Company Registered in LQ45 in Period 2007-2010”. The population is some companies that are listed in LQ45 for the study period. By using purposive sampling, there are 16 companies are used for the sample. The data that is used for this study are the financial statements, stock prices, number of shares, incomes, taxes, expenses and interest expenses. Analysis of research on the impact of the company's performance to its stock price is using simple linear regression, while the influence of stakeholder satisfaction research on the company's stock price using multiple linear regression.
The first research results obtained show that Return on Equity and Return on Assets each has influence on stock prices, while the Economic Value Added and Market Value Added each has no significant effect to its stock prices. Then, a second study found that the Time Interest Earned, Sales and Tax have significant effect on stock prices, which means the satisfaction of bondholders, consumers and society affect a company's stock price. Stockholders satisfaction by using Return on Equity variable has no significant effect on stock prices.
