Evaluasi Kinerja Unit Kerja Sistem Informasi PT Telekomunikasi DIVRE VII Makasar dengan Menggunakan Balanced Scorecard yang Berbasis pada CobiT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja unit kerja system informasi PT. Telekomunikasi Divre VII Makassar dengan menggunakan CobiT sebagai IT General Control (pengendalian Umum IT) dan Balanced Scorecard untuk alat ukurnya
Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden berjumlah 100 eksemplar,tetapi yang direspon dan digunakan untuk analisis hanya 61 eksemplar. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Balanced scorecard berbasis cobiT, pengujian deskriptif, Critical Success Factor, Key Goals Indicator, Key Performance Indicator. dan dampaknya terhadap IT Governance Focus (5 poin).
Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan 2 domain dari CobiT akan berpengaruh pada lima focus IT Governance PT. Telekomunikasi Divre VII Makassar domain tersebut merupakan proses IT pada PT. Telekomunikasi Divre VII Makassar yang terdiri Acquisition and Implementation, Delivery and Support terdiri dari penyelarasan stratejik IT dan bisnis, nilai tambah IT, Pengelolaan sumber daya IT, pengelolaanresiko dan pengukuran kinerja IT.

The deployment questionnaires to respondence were 100 copies, and 61 copies werw submitted for analysis. Data analysisusing balancedscorecard based CobiT,descriptive test,CSF,kgi,kpi and the impact to it governance focus.
The assessment result showed that maturity level two domain from C obit will significantly influenced it governance focus at PT. Telkom. This domain are IT process at PT Telkom, which including Acquisition and Implementation, Delivery and Support. It governance focus include strategic alignment, value delivery,resources management, risk management and performance Measurement
