Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan adanya korelasi antara indikator institusional dengan kinerja dunia usaha dan mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh indikator institusional tersebut terhadap kinerja dunia usaha. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan adalah skala likert yang digunakan dalam data primer melalui kuesioner, yang kemudian diolah dengan data statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui mean (rata-rata) dan standard deviation dari data tersebut, selanjutnya melakukan uji statistik nonparametrik dengan menggunakan Mann-Whitney test, lalu dianalisis korelasi dengan Spearman Rank, dan terakhir multivariate yang akan diestimasi dengan metode regresi binary logistik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Mann-Whitney test ada 5 (lima) variabel yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara kedua daerah, yaitu ketersediaan struktur insentif, proses kontrak yang lebih baik, penegakan aturan informal yang mendukung, ketersediaan dan kualitas infrastruktur, serta berkurangnya tindakan pungutan liar.Spearman Rank menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif peningkatan kinerja dunia usaha dengan variabel konflik politik. Regresi Binomial menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif signifikan antara kinerja dunia usaha dengan variabel konflik politik.
The purpose of this study is to prove the existence of a correlation between indicators of institutional performance businesses and determine the extent of the influence of institutional indicators on the performance of the business. Analysis tools used by the writer is used in the Likert scale primary data through questionnaires, which are then processed by descriptive statistics to determine the mean (average) and standard deviation of the data, nonparametric statistical tests subsequently conducted using the Mann-Whitney test, then analyzed with the Spearman Rank correlation, and the last will be estimated by multivariate binary logistic regression method. The conclusion of this study using the Mann-Whitney test was 5 (five) variables that indicate the difference between the two regions, namely the availability of incentive structures, processes better contract, enforcement of informal rules that support, the availability and quality of infrastructure, and reduced measures of illegal levies. Spearman Rank indicates a positive relationship with business performance improvement variable political conflict. Binomial regression showed a significant positive correlation between the performances of the business world by political conflict variables.
