Pengaruh Persepsi Penerapan Kode Etik di Organisasional dan Niat Berpindah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi
penerapan kode etik di organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional dan niat
berpindah. Menguji dan menganalisis peran dari komitmen organisasional dalam
memediasi pengaruh persepsi penerapan kode etik di organisasi terhadap niat
berpindah. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 160 perawat yang bekerja di Rumah
Sakit Swasta di DI. Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian hipotesis
menggunakan analisis regresi secara bertahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa persepsi penerapan kode etik di organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap
niat berpindah. Persepsi penerapan kode etik di organisasi berpengaruh positif
terhadap komitmen organisasional. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif
terhadap niat berpindah. Pengaruh persepsi penerapan kode etik di organisasi
terhadap niat berpindah dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional.
The purpose of this study is to examines and analyzes influence perceptions of the
implementation codes of ethic in organization to organizational commitment and
turnover intentions. The study also examines and analyzes the role of
organizational commitment within mediating the relationship between influence
perceptions of the implementation of codes of ethics and turnover intentions.
Questionaires were distributed to 160 nurses in Yogyakarta. In this study, testing
the hypothesis using hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that
influence perceptions of the implementation of code of ethics has a negative effect
on turnover intentions. Influence perceptions of the implementation of codes of
ethics has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational
commitment has a negative effect on turnover intentions. And the relationship
between influence perceptions of the implementaion of codes of ethics with
turnover intentions is mediated by organiztaional commitment.
