Prediksi Keberterimaan Penerapan E-KTP dengan Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Penelitian ini mengajukan suatu model penerimaan teknologi sistem informasi terhadap penerapan suatu sistem baru pada level individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberterimaan atas penerapan sistem baru yaitu e-KTP pada pegawai dinas kependudukan khususnya wilayah Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang terdapat dalam model penerimaan teknologi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Model penerimaan teknologi dapat memprediksi tingkat keberterimaan penerapan suatu sistem baru dengan melihat pengaruh yang terdapat di dalam model tersebut, antara lain kegunaan persepsian, kemudahan persepsian, sikap, niat, dan perilaku. Kontribusi teoritis peneltian ini terletak pada prediksi keberterimaan atas penerapan sistem baru dengan menggunakan model penerimaan teknologi yang kuat dan signifikan untuk meneliti tingkat keberterimaan atas penerapan suatu sistem tersebut.
This research proposes of technology acceptance model for the implementation of a new system at the individual level. This research aims at determining the level of acceptance of the application of the new system of e-KTP in particular civil service in Sleman Yogyakarta. There are 210 sample respondents. The results of SEM analysis show that all the variables contained in the technology acceptance model have significant impact. Technology acceptance model can predict the level of acceptability of the implementation of a new system by looking at the influence contained in the model, including usefulness, ease of use, attitudes, intentions, and behavior. The theoretical contribution of this research lies in the prediction of acceptance of the application of the new system using the strong acceptance model technology and significant to examine the level of acceptance of the application of such a system.
