Pengaruh perilaku Kepemimpinan Young Leader Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (studi PT TWC Candi Borobudur,Prambanan,dan Ratu Boko(persero)

Pemimpin memiliki peranan penting dalam kemajuan perusahaan. Saat ini banyak bermunculan pemimpin muda yang menjadi pucuk pimpinan perusahaan. Meskipun demikian hal tersebut belum lazim pada Badan Usaha Miliki Negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT TWC Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko yang dipimpin direktur utama termuda BUMN 2012. Dalam hasil penelitian ini terbukti perilaku kepemimpinan pemimpin berdampak positif meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan berorientasi hubungan dan perubahan terbukti berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan perilaku kepemimpinan berorientasi tugas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT TWC Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko.
Leader is important figure to company advance. Nowadays, many young leader become the top excecutive leader in the company. However, that is not common in state owned company of Indonesia. This research was conducted in PT TWC Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko who have the most young leader of BUMN in 2012. The results of research shows leadership behavior have positif impact to employee job satisfaction. Next results, relation oriented and change leadership behavior have positif impact to employee performance. Although, task oriented leadership behavior not significantly have impact to employee PT TWC Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko performance.
