Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas dan EPS terhadap Pergerakan Harga Saham Sektor Properti dan Real Estate

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menguji kinerja perusahaan sampel yang diuji menggunakan metode rasio profitabilitas. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan antara lain NPM, GPM, OPM, ROA,ROE dan EPS. Penelitian ini menguji perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor properti dan real estate. Hubungan antara rasio profitabilitas dengan harga saham pada perusahaan sampel diukur dengan menggunakan koefisien regresi linier berganda dan diuji secara simultan dengan Uji F, selain itu besarnya kontibusi antar variabel diukur dengan koefisien determinasi. Hasilnya, diantara komponen rasio tersebut yang sangat mempengaruhi dan memberikan kontibusi besar adalah dan OPM dan EPS. Kata Kunci : rasio profitabilitas, EPS, harga saham sektor properti

The aim of this thesis want to exam the effort ot the company. At this thesis, I use profitability ratios method to anaysis the sample. They are NPM, GPM, OPM, ROA, ROE, and EPS. The sample is the compay that is on property and real estate business. The relationship between the profitability ratios and stock price is meassure using comparison regression linier method and is examed simultaneous by F Test. Besides, the score of variable contribution is measured by determination koeficient. The conclusion is the ratio components that gives a big contibution is OPM and EPS.
