Skripsi ini berargumen bahwa hubungan dari Forced Distributional Rank System di perusahaan multinational tidak selalu positif terhadap performa dari perusahaan. Saya berargumen bahwa hal tersebut di pengaruhi oleh, budaya nasional, likuiditas pasar pekerja, dan struktur kepemilikan perusahaan. Dengan memahami karakter dari Forced Distributional Rank System, mendalami lebih jauh setiap faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menghubungkannya serta menyimpulkannya dengan diskusi mengenai implikasinya terhadap perusahaan.
This paper argues that the outcome of implementation of Forced Distributional Rank System in international companies is not always having positive relationship with company performance. I argue that it is being determined by national culture, labor market liquidity, and ownership structure. By understanding the characteristics of Forced Distributional Rank System I then explore each of the determinants and link them together, and conclude with discussion of the implications for companies.
