Evaluasi Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Key Performance Indicator dan 360 derajat Pada PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur

Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi kasus kualitatif yang bertujuan mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja Key Performance Indicator dan Penilaian 360 derajat pada PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Sebagai produsen pupuk terbesar di Indonesia, PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur berupaya membenahi pengelolaan sistem manajemen pada berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah perubahan metode penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan sejak tahun 2010. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada 8 orang narasumber terkait serta studi terhadap dokumen perusahaan, penerapan sistem Key Performance Indicator & 360-derajat terbukti berdampak positif yang terlihat melalui peningkatan produktivitas karyawan, peningkatan angka indeks kepuasan dan engagement karyawan, serta peningkatan rata-rata angka pencapaian kinerja setelah penerapan sistem KPI & 360-derajat. Peningkatan rata-rata angka pencapaian kinerja didapatkan melalui analisis statistik dengan metode Paired Sample T-Test terhadap 99 subjek dari Kompartemen Produksi PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pencapaian angka kinerja yang signifikan sesudah penerapan sistem penilaian kinerja Key Performance Indicator & 360-derajat (Mean= 1.010; p<0.01).
The research is a qualitative study having purpose to determine and describe the application of management performance system through Key performance indicator and 360 degree assessment at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan timur, the largest fertilizer company in Indonesia, has an attempt to improve the organization of system management in all sectors. One of the improvements is changing the performance assessment method to achieve their vision that has been beingapplied since 2010. The research was conducted by interviewing on 8 reference speakers and studying the literature of companyÂ’s documents. The result of this study was key performance indicator and 360 degree assessment application has a positive effect shown in enhancementof employee productivity, satisfactory index number and employee engagement. Furthermore, the achievement performance number was conducted by statistical analysis method (T-test Paired Sample). 99 subjects from production compartment were chosen to be the sample. Finally, the study found that there was significant increase of achievement performance number on average after the company had applied Key Performance Indicator and 360 degree assessment system. (Mean =1.010; p<0.01).
