Pengaruh Faktor-faktor Kesuksesan terhadap Outcone Proyek Yang Dimediasi oleh Kerjasama Lintas Fungsi Dalam Tim Proyek

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui 4 faktor kesuksesan(tujuan suportinat, peraturan dan prosedur tim, sharing pengetauhan dan pemilihan anggota) yang mempengaruhi kerjasama tim lintas fungsi. Dengan menggunakan hierarchical multiple regression analaysis, hasil yang didapat adalah faktor-faktor kesuksesan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kerjasama lintas fungsi dalam tim proyek, dan kerjasama lintas fungsi mampu memediasi faktor-faktor kesuksesan terhadap outcome proyek, dan kerjasama lintas fungsi berpengaruh posotif terhadap outcome proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksploratori. Kerangka sampel penelitian ini adalah proyek-proyek yang terdapat di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lembata, Kabupaten Flores Timur, Kabupaten Sika, Kabupaten Ende dan Kabupaten Nagekeo. Jumlah proyek dalam kerangka sampel adalah 150 proyek, yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 proyek. Sedangkan responden penelitian adalah kepala bagin, kepala seksi dan staf yang dipercayai dalam pelaksana proyek. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan nonprobabilistic sampling dengan metoda purposive sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan. Proyek-proyek yang menjadi sampel adalah proyek-proyek yang sedang berlangsung dalam tahun anggaran 2008, dan proyek-proyek yang belum mengalami Perubahan Anggaran Keuangan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil olahan statistik, dan menjelaskan hasil penelitian berdasarkan wawancara mendalam dan berbagai fenomena yang ditemukan peneliti. This study examined the influence of a set for success factors (Superordinate goals, oganization rules and procedures, kowledge sharing, and selecting members) on the attainment of cross functional team cooperation. Through the use of hierarchical multiple regression analaysis, the result indicated that success factors have positive significant effects on cross functional team cooperation. Further, cross functional team cooperation

was significant predictor of project outcome, and it can mediate success factors and project outcome. This study uses exploratory approach. Sampling frame of this study is that there are projects in the District Health Kabupaten Lembata, Kabupaten Flores Timur, Kabupaten Sika,Kabupaten Ende and Kabupaten Nagekeo. The number of projects within the framework of the sample are 150 projects, which are involved in this research project 130. While respondent is head of research bagin, section heads and staff who believed in implementing projects. Sample selection using sampling nonprobabilistic using purposive sampling based on the consideration. Projects that samples are projects ongoing in fiscal year 2008, and projects that have not experienced Financial Budget Amendment.
