Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai

Today Organization faced by environment that always experience changes and competitive rivalry. To win that rival, Organizations including the public one must always to increase their achievement as a responsibility of the public mandate. The achievement of Organization affected by the improvement of employee achievement as the executor of operational activities, by with the increasing of employees' achievement to be expected to affects the improvement of Organization achievement.
This research is aimed to examine and obtain empirical evidence that the employee's achievement influenced by factors such as, performance evaluation, the culture of Organization, Organizational support, and working motivation. Method used in this research is questioner survey contented by lists of questions to the correspondents. Variable used to find employees' achievement factors is performance evaluation, Organizational support, culture of the Organization, and working motivation as the mediation variable (interviewing). The process of data analysis used in this research is, validity and reliability test, classical assumes and normality test, bifilar linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The result of the testing shows that performance evaluation (H1), the culture of Organization (H3) affect positively toward the employees' performance, and the Organizational support (H2) does not affect the employees' performance. Working motivation as the mediation variable (intervening) (H4) could not mediate the influence between the culture of Organization and the employees' performance.
