Hubungan politik organisasional, job distress, dan perilaku agresif di tempat kerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan politik organisasional,job distress, dan Perilaku agresif karyawan di tempat kerja. Hipotesis penelitian ini: (1) politik organisasional memifiki hubungan posit(f dengan .fob distress karyawan di tempat kerja, (2) politik organisasional memiliki hubungan posit(f dengan perilaku agresif karyawan di tempat kerja, (3) job distress memiliki hubungan positif dengan perilaku agresif karyawan di tempat kerja, dan (4) menguji model mediasi job distress pada hubungan politik organisasional dengan perilaku agresif karyawan di tempat kerja. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 325 dosen dan karyawan, berusia di atas 18 tahun, pendidikan minimal SMU, dan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengumpu/an data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dalan penelitian ini dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) politik organisasional mempunyai hubungan positif signijikan dengan jobdistress (β = 0.499, CR = 5.176, P < 0.05), (2) politik organisasional memiliki hubungan negatif dengan perilaku agresif (β = -0.344, CR = -3.228, P < 0.05), (3) jobdistress memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan perilaku agresifdi tempat kerja (β = 0.683, CR = 5.454, P < 0.05), (4) Ketiga hubungan yang signifikan tersebut menunjukkan adanya peran mediasi jobdistress pada hubungan politik organisasional dan Perilaku agresif.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between organizational politics, job distress, and aggressive behavior at workplaces. The hypothesis of this research are (l) organizational politic is positively related to job distress at workplaces, (2) organizational politics is positively related to aggressive behavior at workplaces, (3) job distress is positively related to aggressive behavior at workplaces (4) job distress mediate the relationship between organizational politics and aggressive behavior at workplaces. The sample are 325 lecturers and administration staff of private universities, which are above 18 years old, minimal senior high school graduate and minimal have work for 1 year. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The data obtained from the research were analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that (1) organizational politic is positively significant related to job distress at workplaces ( β = 0.499, CR = 5.176, p < 0.05), (2) organizational politics is negatively significant related to aggressive behavior at workplaces (P = -0.344, CR = -3.228, p < 0.05), (3) job distress is positively significant related to aggressive behavior at workplaces (P = 0.683, CR = 5.454, P < 0.05), and (4) job distress mediate the relationship between organizational politics and aggressive behavior at work places.
