Pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap pendapatan regional bruto propinsi: sebuah analisis data panel 32 propinsi di Indonesia tahun 2004-2007

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap pendapatan regional bruto riil perkapita propinsi di Indonesia. Kualitas sumber daya manusia ditentukan oleh kualitas kesehatan dan kualitas pendidikan. Untuk mengukur kualitas kesehatan digunakan life expectancy dan untuk mengukur kualitas pendidikan digunakan rata-rata lama sekolah penduduk usia minimal 15 tahun.
Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari BPS dan model yang digunakan yaitu model yang dikembagkan david weil. Hasil estimasi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kualitas kesehatan dan kualitas pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan regional bruto. Hasil ini sesuai dengan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi baru-baru ini.
The objective of this research is to identify the effect of human capital to riel per capita gross regional domestic products of provinces. The qualities of human capital are directed by the qualities of health and education. To measure the quality of health is used life expectancy and to measure the quality of education is used schooling enrolments of 15th year minimal-old civilations.
The data of this research are attained from BPS Indonesia and the model that is used is a model developed by David Weil. The result of this research shows that the qualities of health and education have positive effects to riel per capita gross regional domestics products of provinces. This is related to recent theories of economic development.
