Pengaruh Sertifikasi, Motivasi, dan Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping

Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Sertifikasi, Motivasi, dan Profesionalisme Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping, bertujuan untuk (1). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebagai upaya perbaikan kualitas pendidikan tingkat SMP. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebagai upaya perbaikan kualitas pendidikan tingkat SMP. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja guru sebagai upaya perbaikan kualitas pendidikan tingkat SMP. (4) Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara sertifikasi, motivasi, dan profesionalisme guru sehingga dapat diupayakan peningkatan kualitas guru sebagai pilar pendidikan.
Responden penelitian adalah seluruh anggota populasi guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping. Dalam penelitian ini yang merupakan variabel bebas adalah variabel sertifikasi guru (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), dan profesionalisme guru (X3). Sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu kinerja guru (Y). Tehnik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple linear regression).
Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Variabel sertifikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping. (2) Variabel motivasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping. (3) Variabel profesionalisme mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping. (4) Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi bahwa variabel tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antar sertifikasi, motivasi, dan profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri 4 Gamping.
Research on the Effect of Certification, Motivation, and Teacher Professionalism to Teachers Performance of SMP Negeri 4 Gamping, aims to (1) analyze the effect of teacher certification on the performance of teachers as an effort to improve the quality of junior high education. (2) analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers work as an effort to improve the quality of junior high education. (3) analyze the effect on the performance of teacher professionalism as an effort to improve the quality of junior high education. (4) analyze the relations between certification, motivation, and professionalism of teachers in order to improve teachers quality as the pillar of education.
The respondents were members of the population of SMP Negeri 4 Gamping teachers. In this research, which is the independent variable is variable of teacher certification (X1), work motivation (X2), and the professionalism of teachers (X3). While the dependent variable is performance of teachers (Y). The data was collected by using questionnaires. It analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression method.
The result and analysis conclude that: (1) Variable certification has significant influence to the performance of SMP Negeri 4 Gamping teacher. (2) motivational variables have significant influence to the performance of SMP Negeri 4 Gamping teacher. (3) Variable professionalism has a significant influence to the performance of SMP Negeri 4 Gamping teacher. (4) Based on the results of correlation analysis there is no significant relationship between certification, motivation, and professionalism of teachers SMP Negeri 4 Gamping variables.
