Analisis Hubungan Variabel-Variabel Kerjasama Lintas Fungsi Terhadap Kesuksesan Proyek

Penelitian ini menguji secara empiris pengaruh berbagai variabel cross- functional cooperations terhadap kesuksesan proyek. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah variabel-variabel dalam cross-functional cooperations berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan proyek. Variabel-variabel cross-functional cooperations terdiri dari superordinate goals, physical proximity, rules & procedures, accessibility, sedangkan dimensi kesuksesan proyek terdiri dari, task outcomes dan psychosocial outcomes. Hipotesis yang diuji melalui pemodelan persamaan struktural, namun sebelumnya harus melalui uji reliabilitas, uji construct reliability, uji norrnalitas, dan uji outliers sebagai uji asumsinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel cross-functional cooperations yang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan hanyalah superordinate goals, physical proximity, rules & procedures sedangkan accessibility berpengaruh secara negatif. Secara keseluruhan pengaruh yang paling signifikan adalah variabel superordinate goals.

This research analysis empirically the influences of variables of cross- functional cooperations towards the success of any project. The hypotesis are variables in cross-functional cooperations influencing significantly towards the success of any project. Variables of cross-functional cooperations consist of superordinate goals, physical proximity, rules & procedurs, accessibility, while the dimension of success of any project are task outcomes and psychosocial outcomes. The tested hypotesis through structural equation modeling, formerly examined reliability test, construct reliability test, normality test, and outliers test as assumption test. The result of this research shows that variables of cross-functional

cooperations influencing positively and significantly are superordinate goals, physical proximity, rules & procedurs, while accessibility influences negatively. As a whole the most significant influence is superordinate goals variable.
