Model Kesuksesan Situs Jejaring Sosial Mclean Information System Success Model Serta Perceived of Trust

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah the updated delone and mclean information system success model yang dipadukan dengan perceived of trust serta pemodifikasian dimensi manfaat-manfaat bersih menjadi loyalitas anggota, merupakan conceptual framework yang appropriate untuk menjelaskan fenomena popularitas situs jejaring sosial. Sampel penelitian adalah 214 orang anggota situs jejaring sosial dengan kategori (1) berusia 18-44 tahun, (2) rutin mengakses situs jejaring sosial minimal 1 jam setiap hari. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan tehnik computer delivered survey. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan tehnik model persamaan struktural (SEM).

Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan bukti empirik bahwa the updated delone and mclean information system success model yang dipadukan dengan perceived of trust serta loyalitas anggota merupakan conceptual framework model yang cukup appropriate untuk digunakan menjelaskan fenomena kesuksesan/popularitas situs jejaring sosial. Kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan anggota. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan serta niat anggota untuk mengakses situs jejaring sosial dimasa datang. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bukti empirik perceived of trust berpengaruh secara positif terhadap niat anggota untuk mengakses situs jejaring sosial. Terakhir, kepuasan serta niat anggota untuk mengakses situs jejaring sosial dimasa datang berpengaruh secara positif terhadap loyalitas anggota situs.

This study aims to test whether the updated DeLone and McLean information system success model combined with the perceived of trust and modification of net benefits to be member loyalty member, is an appropriate conceptual framework to explain the phenomenon of the popularity of social networking sites. The samples were 214 members of social networking sites with the criteria (1) age ranged 18-44 years, and (2) routinely access social network sites at least 1 hour every day. Data collection was carried out by using computer delivered survey technique. The collected data were analyzed using the technique of structural equation model (SEM).

The study found empirical evidence that The Updated DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model, which combined with the perceived of trust and member loyalty is a quite appropriate model for explaining the phenomenon of social networking sites popularity. The information quality and system quality had positive effect on the member of social networking sites satisfaction. Service quality had positive effect not only on members satisfaction, but also for the members intentions to access the social networking site in the future. This study also found empirical evidence perceived of trust had positive effect on members intention to access social networking sites in the future. Finally, this study found empirical evidence both user satisfaction and members intention to access social networking sites in the future had positive effect on the loyalty of member.
