Top Management Team Regional Diversity and national diversity among the automotive
companies. This topic is salient, first of all, in today's business environment,
internationalization is a common phenomenon, and become an undeniable trend since 1970s

phenomenon is an increase in diversity, specifically national diversity. Studying diversity is
important because there is a positive correlation between diversity and firm's performance yet there are only a few studies focusing on the relationship
between the effects of internationalization on diversity and there are only two researches that I found, studying the correlation between
internationalization and national diversity within the TMT
