Faktor-faktor Yang Menentukan Keberhasilan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Di Kabupaten Malang

Kesimpulan penelitan ini ialah bahwa kualifikasi Pengurus berpengaruh atas prestasi mereka dalam mensukseskan KUD. Kualifikasi tersebut ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan formal, latihan/kursus, dan pengkaderan melalui jenjang organisasi koperasi. Untuk meningkatkan partisipasi anggota, maka pendidikan anggota koperasi perlu ditingkatkan baik melalui penyuluhan-penyuluhan maupun kursus-kursus. Selain Pendidikan, besarnya SHU dan pelayanan KUD berpengaruh atas partisipasi anggota.
Persepsi masyarakat, keadaan persaingan, dan bantuan pemerintah berpengaruh atas keberhasilan KUD. Persepsi masayarakat yang positif terhadap KUD, keadaan persaingan yang tidak tajam, serta tersedianya bantuan pemerintah membantu keberhasilan KUD. Pemerintah perlu mengendalikan pasar tempat KUD bergerak sehingga tidak terjadi suatu keadaan persaingan yang bisa membunuh KUD. Di samping itu bantuan dan fasilitas pemerintah tetap diperlukan selama KUD-KUD belum dapat berdiri sendiri.
Ketiga variabel pokok, yaitu pengurus, anggota dan lingkungan berpengaruh positip dan nyata terhadap keberhasilan KUD. Indikator "pengurus" yang secara nyata mempengaruhi keberhasilan KUD adalah "insentip" dan "pendidikan formal". Indikator "lingkungan" yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan KUD adalah "persaingan dan bantuan pemerintah", sedang indikator "anggota" yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan KUD adalah "pendidikan formal".
Dilihat dari "statistical significant" nya, maka faktor yang paling nyata secara berturut-turut adalah persaingan, bantuan pemerintah, pendidikan, dan insentip.
From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the qualification of board of director affect their performance an succeding Village Unit Cooperative. The qualifications are increased through the formal education, training and exercises as well as training on organization of cooperative unit.
To increase the participation of members, education of the cooperative members can be done through extensions and training. Besides education, the amount of profit and the service of Village Unit Cooperative affecting the participation of members.
Positive public perception, less critical competition and the availability of government support affect the success of Village Unit Cooperative. It is necessary for the government to control market where the Village Unit Cooperative is active, so that the competition which can depress the development of Village Unit Cooperative would not exist. Besides that, support and facilities from the Government are still necessary for Village Unit Cooperative which are not yet able to self running.
The three major variables: board of director, members and external condition give significant positive effect to the success of Village Unit Cooperative. The board of director indicator which have significant effects are incentive and formal education. The external indicator and the membership indicator which have significant effect to the development of Village Unit Cooperative are competition, government support and formal education respectively.
Statistical analysis show that the significant effect are from competition, government support, education and incentive respectively.
