Pengaruh akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan dana alokasi khusus bidang pendidikan terhadap pelaksanaan swakelola

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: memperoleh bukti mengenai adanya pengaruh dari akuntabilitas dan transparasi pengelolaan Dana Alokasi Khusus Bidang Pendidikan terhadap pelaksanaan yang swakelola pada sekolah penerima dana di Kabupaten Gunungkidul tahun anggaran 2008.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar penerima DAK se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul, dengan subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, bendahara sekolah, komite sekolah, perencana rehabilitasi dan pembangunan gedung sekolah, tim teknis yang ada di tingkat kabupaten, obyek penelitian adalah variabel bebas akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan DAK Bidang Pendidikan dan variabel terikatnya pelaksanaan yang swakelola. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode quesioner, baik untuk variabel bebas maupun variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 138. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda.
The objective of this research is to find out the reasons about the effect of accountability and transparency on the management of educational special allocation fund towards self management performance in schools accepting fund in Gunungkidul Regency in the estimating year of 2008.
This research is conducted in all elementary schools accepting special allocation fund in Gunungkidul Regency. The subjects of the research are the headmasters, the school treasurers, the school committees, the planners of school buildings rehabilitation and construction, and the technical teams in the Regency. The objects of the research are the free variable and the bound variable. The free variables are accountability and transparency on the management of educational special allocation fund and the bound variable is self management performance. The data were collected trough questionnaires, for the free variable and the bound variable as well. The research sample totals 138. The data analysis techniques used in this research are linier regression analysis and double regression analysis.
