Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Cash Benefits Contributory dalam Konsep Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional(SJSN) di indonesia

Sistim Jaminan Sosial Nasional merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk mengurangi kemiskinan. Untuk dapat menjalankan sistim jaminan sosial nasional maka membutuhkan dana. Dana yang yang diperolah dapat berupa kontribusi kas dari peserta. Cash benefits contributory merupakan pembayaran kontribusi dari penghasilan dan mendapatkan manfaat sebagai akibat dari kontribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap cash benefits contributory dalam konsep sistim jaminan sosial nasional di Indonesia.
Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 12 provinsi di Indonesia dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 1018 dan menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptive dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap cash benefits persepsi masyarakat dalam hal ini tenaga kerja sangat setuju bahwa jaminan sosial sangat dibutuhkan dan bersedia untuk membayar kontribusi kas sehingga tenaga kerja dapat menerima manfaat dari program jaminan sosial berupa jaminan kesehatan, pensiun dan kecelakaan kerja. Dana manfaat dari program jaminan sosial juga harus diketahui oleh tenaga kerja sehingga tenaga kerja merasa aman karena dana yang dikumpulkan untuk jaminan sosial dikelola dengan sebaik-baiknya.
National Social Security System is one government program to reduce poverty. To be able to run the national social security system will require funding. The proceeds can be cash contributions from participants. The contribution is a cash benefit payment from the revenue contribution and profitability as a result of the contribution. This study aimed to determine the public perception of a cash benefit contribution within the concept of national social security system in Indonesia.
By using qualitative research methods, which use a questionnaire distributed to 12 provinces in Indonesia with a total of 1018 respondents and using descriptive statistical analysis tools can be concluded that public perceptions about the cash benefit the public perception in this case the workers strongly agree that social security is needed and is willing to pay cash contributions, can be concluded that public perceptions about the cash benefit the public perception in this case the workers strongly agree that social security is needed and are willing to pay a cash contribution, so that workers can receive benefits from social security programs such as health insurance, pensions and workplace accidents. Funds benefit from social security programs should also be known by the workforce so that workers feel safe because the funds collected for social security is managed by the best.
