Pengaruh Support terhadap Computer Self Efficacy dan COmputer Annety dalam Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi: study kasus Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel support terhadap computer self efficacy dan computer anxiety dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah departemen komunikasi dan informatika wilayah palembang, dengan sampelnya karyawan departemen yang bersangkutan. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk kemudian diisi oleh responden yang dimaksudkan, dengan metode purposive sampling.

Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif serta analisa regresi berganda. Sebelum analisa dilakukan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas serta uji reliablitas atas instrument penelitian. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan uji Goodness of fit untuk memenuhi model regresi yang mewakili. Dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua item dinyatakan valid dan konsisten. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji Goodness of fit yaitu data bebas dari uji signifikansi parameter individual (uji-t), Pengujian terhadap hipotesis dengan analisis regresi berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari variabel support menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap computer self efficacy dan variabel computer self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap computer anxiety serta variabel support berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan secara langsung terhadap computer anxiety. Kata kunci : Support, computer self efficacy, computer anxiety.

This research conducted to know effect of support to computer self efficacy (CSE), computer anxiety (CA) on information technology used. Population of this research are departemen informasi dan informatika palembang, employees Depkom info as samples. Data obtained by propagating questionnaire to fill by meant responder, and samples are taken by purposive sampling method.

The method of data analysis is using descriptive and doubled regression analysis. Before analysis done, first-validity and reliability test to the instrument's research have to do. Afterwards, continued by Goodness of fit test to obtain model of regression. From validity and reliability test, all item are valid. While, as a whole the result of Goodness of fit test, proved that model have fulfilled Goodness of fit which are free from t-test. Hypothesis test by doubled regression analysis using t-test method-to know the influence of each independent to dependent variables, indicating that from Support shown the existence of influence to CSE which is significant and variables CSE is positive with CA also support have positive influence with CA.
