Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Locus of Control, dan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Aparat Unit-unit Pelayanan Publik

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to get empirical evidence on: (1) organizational type dominance, and (2) effect of organizational culture, locus of control, and implementation of information system on performance of apparatus of public service units. The effect of the variables was analyzed both separately and together. The result showed that: (1) there were no organizational culture type dominance on public service units, (2) organizational culture type together had significant positive influence on performance of public unit apparatus, whereas separately only bureaucratic cultural type and supportive cultural type had significant positive effect on performance of apparatus of public service units. Teken as whole, the result of the test on hypotheses proposed concluded that variables of organizational culture, internal locus of control, and implementation of information system had significant positive effect on the performance. Variables that contribute greatest in estimating apparataus performance of public service units werw bureaucratic culture and supportive culture.
