Penggunaan End User Computing telah menyebabkan berbagai macam reaksi dalam Attitude dan user behavior information system. Sikap karyawan dalam menerima atau menolak Teknologi Informasi akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam hubungannya dengan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji sikap karyawan Trans TV dalam menerima atau meneloka penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dalam melakukan pekerjaannya.
The tendency of End User Computing has caused different reactions in the attitude and user behavior information systems. Feelings accept or decline appears to be thedimension of attitudes toward the use of information systems. In addition to attitude, it is known there are several other factors that may affect user behavior on the use of information systems. This study will examine the behavior ofusers of the system information in a TV Station, Trans TV, based on factors that influence the approach to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The statistical test performed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
