PENGARUH DIMENSI-DIMENSI SPIRITUALITAS DI TEMPAT KERJA PADA KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL (STUDI PADA PT. MANDOM INDONESIA TBK.)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dimensi meaningful work terhadap komitmen organisasional, menganalisis pengaruh dimensi sense of community terhadap komitmen organisasional, menganalisis pengaruh dimensi alignment with organizational values terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk, Jakarta-Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan, yaitu karyawan tetap. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden.
Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS V.16. Hipotesis pertama menunjukkan meaningful work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Hipotesis kedua menunjukkan sense of community berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan hal yang sama, yakni, alignment with organizational values berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.
The objectives of this research is to find the effect of meaningful work to organizational commitment, the effect of sense of community to organizational commitment, and the effect of alignment with organizational values to organizational commitment in PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk at Jakarta. The methods in collecting data are questionnaire and literature study. The purposive sampling method was chosen as sample method in this study by several judgements, as permanent employee. The number of sample was 100 respondents.
The hypothesis in this study was tested using linier regression with SPSS V 16. The first hypothesis shown that meaningful work has positive and significant influences to organizational commitment. In second hypothesis shown that sense of community has positive and significant influences to organizational commitment. And the third hypothesis was also known that alignment with organizational values has positive significant to organizational commitment.
