Pengaruh Kompetensi,Komitmen Organisasi,dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Auditor dibadan Pemeriksa Keuangan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi auditor terhadap kinerja auditor di Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik kuesioner. Target responden penelitian ini adalah 45 responden BPK Perwakilan Semarang, namun data responden yang dapat diolah adalah 30 responden BPK Perwakilan Semarang.
Peneltian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan melihat koefisien determinasi, nilai statistik F dan statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Sedangkan untuk komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor.
This study aimed to examine the effect of the competence, organizational commitment and motivation of the auditor on the performance of auditors in the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Representative Semarang . The samples in this study using purposive sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey techniques . The target respondents of this research are 45 respondents BPK Representative of Semarang , but respondent data that can be processed is 30 respondents BPK Representative of Semarang .
This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see the coefficient of determination , the value of F statistics and statistical t . The results showed that competence , motivation and significant positive effect on the performance of auditors . As for the commitment of the organization is not a positive influence on the performance of auditors .
