Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh komitmen konsumen dan kwalitas jasa pada komunikasi word-of-mouth. Analisis pengaruh komitmen konsumen ini dibagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu komitmen afektif dan komitmen high sacrifice. Kemudian komunikasi word-of-mouth juga dibagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu aktivitas word-of-mouth dan aktivitas word-of-mouth. penelitian diadakan di wilayah Yogyakarta, Indonesia dalam bisnis Pelatihan SDM, PP ESQ Yogyakarta. Hasil temuan penelitian mendukung hipotesis bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif pada komunikasi word-of-mouth, akan tetapo komitmen high
sacrifice berpengaruh negatif pada komunikasi word-of-mouth. Temuan selanjutnya terkait dengan variabel kwalitas jasa juga mendukung hipotesis, bahwa kwalitas jasa berpengaruh positif pada komunikasi word-of-mouth.
The current research analyze the impact of consumer commitment and service quality on word-of-mouth communications. Consumer commitment divided into two forms, afective commitment and high sacrifice commitment. Word-of-mouth communication is also divided into two forms, word-of-mouth activity and word-of-mouth praise. This research was held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and the object of the research is a training and development company, PP ESQ yogyakarta. The findings support the hyphotheses that affective commitment positively affected on word-of-mouth communications, but that high sacrifice commitment negatively affected on word-of-mouth communication. And more findings related on service quality is also support the hyphotheses that service quality positively affected on word-of-mouth communication.
