This research evaluates personnel performance management system in Micro Business Area of Mandiri Bank Pekalongan Branch by comparing it to performance management system required by todays business environment. Todays business environment is very competitive and turbulent. Hence, company's management system that doesnot fit with current business environments requirements can cause the company to be very vulnerable toward business competition.

Balanced Scorecard as the basis of this researchs evaluation is contemporary management tool which is designed to improve companys ability in reaching extraordinary financial performances sustainably. In todays business environment, this system should be integrated with personnel performance management system. If a company can apply this integrated system exactly required by todays business environment, this company will gain strong competitive advantage to survive in its competitive and turbulent business environment.

In obtaining results of evaluation, this research was analyzed by comparing personnel performance management system used in Micro Business Area of Mandiri Bank Pekalongan Branch with five stages of integrated personnel performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard. The results will show the ability of research's object to survive in today's business environment.
