Primary data and secondary data are collected from Pengapon Instalation Pertamina UPms IV Semarang and used for this research. This research is performing a cencus of staff employee, because the number of staff employee is too small so that it is better not to take a sample. Questionnaires are spread among the employee and used as primary data. The primary data is observed its validity and reliability using Pearson Correlation and Cronbach's Alpha. There are three questions that have to be eliminated because they do not pass the validity test. The research performs t test and F test. To investigate the relationship between one independent variable and dependent variable, we perform t test. We use F test to investigate the connection between independent variables with dependent variable simultaneously. After completing the research, we have the result shows that there is positive connection between independent variables with dependent variable, but not significance. The changing in Job Performance can only be described by Human Resource Management factor for 4.8%. Suspiciously, this result mostly affected by the changing, restructuring and reorganization, which still in process in Pertamina during the research.
