For non-profit Organization such as Government, Human Resource is the key to determine its success; thus, measuring its employees performance is the key strategy. On this paper, we are trying to build the model to measure the success of the Information System that help managers to monitoring employees performance based on DeLone and McLeans Model of IS Success. Variable Management Support is added to broaden our understanding of the Information System. Among 248 respondents that participate, only 177 usable data using in this research. Our finding founded that Information Quality has negative significant effect on usage of Information System. While in System and Service Quality cannot predict the usage of the Information System. Satisfaction of user is mediating by individual Net Benefit: Management Control rather than directly affect from the usage of the Information System.
