Faktor-faktor stres kerja pemeriksa BPK RI dan pengaruhnya terhadap ketidakpuasan kerja dan keinginan untuk pindah melalui mediasi dan moderasi job burnout

This study analyze the effects of job stressors (organizational job stressors) toward job dissatisfaction and turnover intentions through job burnout as intervening and moderating variable. The objectives of this study are to tests the relationship between job stressors, job burnout, job dissatisfaction, and turnover intentions and to tests job burnout as a problem for BPK RI auditors.
Path analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis were used to test the hypothesis. The results reveals that (a) job stressors was positively related to job burnout (b) job stressors has no significant relation to job dissatisfaction (c) job burnout was positively related to job dissatisfaction (d) job burnout was not moderating variable on job stressors and turnover intentions relationship but it can be intervening variable on job stressors and job dissatisfaction relationship.
