Analisis Pengaruh Rasio ROA, ROE, dan NET Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham: studi empiris pada Perusahaan LQ-45

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh profitabilitas yang diwakili oleh ROA, ROE dan NPM terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan non keuangan yang termasuk dalam kelompok LQ-45 periode tahun 2004-2007. Model yang digunakan untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent adalah model regresi linear berganda (multiple linear regression method). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan rasio ROA, ROE dan NPM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perubahan harga saham, sedangkan ROA secara partial tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan harga saham. Kata Kunci: ROA, ROE, NPM dan Harga Saham.

This research was aimed at finding out whether there was an influence of profitability represented by ROA, ROE, and NPM towards stock prices at non-financial companies which belong to the group of LQ-45 in the period of 2004-2007. The model used in analyzing the influence of independent variables towards dependent variables was the multiple linear regression model. The result of this research indicated that the ratio change of ROA, ROE, and NPM all together significantly influenced the change of stock prices, whereas ROA partially did not have a significant relationship with stock prices.
