This research is aimed to study customer satisfaction in Indomaret Point Jalan Colombo towards service quality and perceived price as factors that affect customer satisfaction. The object of this research is a retail namely Indomaret Point Jalan Colombo and the subjects are customers who have purchased both atIndomaret Point and Indomaret for a month. The datas were collected through questionnaires with 186 respondents and the datas were processed by regression method.
The results obtained from this research are the service quality and perceived price have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction, in which the variable of service quality provides the most powerful influence on customer satisfaction.
