ANALISIS KETERLAMBATAN PENYELESAIAN PROYEK STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN COLORFUL CREATIA

Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor–faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek buku tahunan, serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada Colorful Creatia untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan studi metode kualitatif yang berusaha untuk menganalisis faktor–faktor keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek buku tahunan di Colorful Creatia dengan menggunakan analisis isi dan diagram tulang ikan untuk memvisualisasikan faktor–faktor keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek buku tahunan. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan didukung data sekunder.
Penelitian ini menemukan lima faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek buku tahunan di Colorful Creatia. Kelima faktor ini adalah penyerahan pekerjaan permintaan khusus pada satu perajin, jumlah unit komputer yang tidak mencukupi, jumlah tenaga kerja bagian produksi tidak mencukupi, alur proses produksi yang tidak dijalankan dengan benar, dan penyerahan data dari konsumen yang tidak sesuai penjadwalan.
The purpose of this research is to identify the main factors that affect the delay in completion of the yearbook project and provide recommendations to Colorful Creatia to overcome these problems. This research is a qualitative study that seeks to analyse the factors of delay in completion of yearbook project in Colorful Creatia by using content analysis and with a fishbone diagram to visualize that factors. The main data source in this research was primary data and it was supported by secondary data.
This research found five factors that affect the completion delays of yearbook project in Colorful Creatia. The five factors are handover the job with special request to the craftsman, the amount of computers that are insufficient, the number of production workers are insufficient, the flow of the production process that does not run properly, and the data that given by the customer is not in schedule.
