Analisis Keselarasan Tujuan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis (FEB) UGM Dengan Visis UGM Untuk Menjadi World Class Research University (WCRU)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat keselarasan tujuan (goal congruence) antara UGM dengan mahasiswa FEB UGM sehubungan dengan visi UGM untuk menjadi WCRU. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif FEB UGM. Data yang telah terkumpul diuji validitasnya dengan teknik korelasi product moment pearson, uji reliabilitas dengan teknik Cronbach Alpha, dan uji normalitas data dengan uji uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parametrik one sample t-test untuk menguji perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata (mean) sampel dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) populasi atau suatu acuan lainnya.

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keselarasan tujuan antara UGM dengan mahasiswa FEB UGM berada pada tingkat Constructive Goal Congruence. Pada tingkat ini, tujuan organisasi dikomunikasikan dengan baik dan organ organisasi berkomitmen untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi tersebut. Tingkat keselarasan tujuan ini adalah yang paling baik menurut Schaffer (2007).

This study aims to identify the level of goal congruence between student of Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM and UGM towards vision to become World Class Research University (WCRU). The sample used in this study were active students in FEB UGM.

The validity of data collected is tested using Pearson product moment correlation technique, the reliability is tested using Cronbach Alpha techniques, and the normality is tested using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Hypothesis are tested using parametric test one sample t-test to test the difference between mean of sample and meanof population.

The result of data analysis showed that the goal congruence between student of Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM and UGM towards vision to become World Class Research University (WCRU) is at the level of Constructive Goal Congruence. At this level, the organizations goals are well communicated and the students are committed to support the achievement of organizational goals. This level of goal congruence is the best according to Schaffer (2007.
