Analisis Hubungan antara Pendapatan Daerah dengan Belanja Modal Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris hubungan antara Pendapatan Daerah (PD) terhadap belanja modal pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia. Sample dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kabupaten dan Kota yang ada di Indonesia secara keseluruhan pada tahun 2005 atau 2006. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan tekhnik regresi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisa regresi maka diperoleh hasil hipotesis pertama, Pendapatan Daerah berasosiasi positif terhadap Belanja Modal. Hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap Belanja Modal. Hipotesis ketiga Pendapatan Daerah tahun sebelumnya berasosiasi positif terhadap Belanja Modal sedangkan untuk Pendapatan Asli Daerah tahun sebelumnya juga berasosiasi positif terhadap Belanja Modal.
This research intends to empirically test the relationship between the Regional Revenue (PD) for capital expenditure on the Governmentof Regency/Municipality in Indonesia.
Sample in this research is overall Regencies and Municipalities located inIndonesia from the year 2005 or 2006. The data in this research were analyzed by using regression technique with the help of SPSS software.
Based on the research result using regression analysis of the obtained results the first Hypothesis, a positive association Regional Income of Capital Expenditures, The second hypothesis indicates that the Regional Revenue positive impact on Capital Expenditures. The third hypothesis Regional Income previous year a positive association of Capital Expenditure while for Regional Revenue previous year also a positive association of Capital Expenditures.
