Effect from the mine closing of loss area will one of the source of area acceptance, hence local government require to conduct action to anticipate since early at reclamation farm coal mine out of area. Coal company have to conduct the reclamation farm become the productive farm is which finally can improve the society prosperity. Pursuant To By Law of Muara Enim regency Number 4 Year 2004 about farm exploiting from coal mine out of area PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam ( Persero) Tbk in Muara Enim regency as Great Forest Garden of Enim, where side of company obliged to reclamation farm that of to be owning environmental function and continueing to Muara Enim regency. Target of this research assess the the commodity of acacia mangium from economic benefit facet produce the wood. By using economic model of forestry from Faustmann and equation Chapman-Richards to determine the growth rate of crop, than hence optimal giration of optimum cultivation Acacia mangium from side of present value and by using program Microsoft Excel to make the spreadsheet got in the fifth years of equal to Rp. 121.455.500 per hectare with the wood volume of equal to 153,39 m3 per hectare of per cycle. For the farm of 2.083 hectare will yield the crop of Acacia mangium 319.507 m3. For the price of 1 m3 Acacia mangium Rp. 450.000, so that operating income obtained by Rp. 143.778.150.000 so that advantage obtained by Rp. 127.938.150.000. Farm which is available to cultivation of Acacia mangium for the width of 2.083 hectare, total cost of operational needed by during 5 years is Rp. 15.840.000.000. Pursuant to calculation of break even point (BEP) volume produce 35.200/m3, For the BEP Of price produce the Rp. 49.576,3/m3, Therefore cultivation of Acacia Mangium can be expressed competent. Labour required to manage the the forest commodity equal to 2.179 peoples, summed uply is 151.852 people day work, amount of workday required by 738 days, start from cultivation phase harvest the. expenditure of labour Fee of equal to Rp. 5.832.840.000. Every worker given by fee of mean Rp. 30.000 / day, for the work of more difficult each;every worker will be given by a fee increase so that become the Rp. 40.000 / day.
