Penerapan Balance Sorecard pada Unit Bisnis Gama Multi Finance PT. Gama Multi Usaha Mandiri sebagai Alat pengukur Kinerja

Pengukuran kinerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi perusahaan. Namun, pengukuran kinerja pada aspek keuangan dirasa tidak memadai untuk lingkungan bisnis saat ini. Untuk itu, diciptakan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif di sebut Balance Scorecard yang mengukur kinerja dari aspek keuangan dan non keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin meneliti bagaimana penerapan Balance Scorecard pada unit bisnis sebagai alat pengukur kinerja. Dalam kasus ini, unit bisnis Gama Multi Finance PT Gama Multi Usaha Mandiri akan di ukur kinerjanya menggunakan Balance Scorecard dengan menggunakan empat perspektif: perspektif keuangan, perspektif konsumen, perspektif bisnis internal, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan, kinerja perusahaan dari perspekif keuangan kurang optimal sementara, dari ketiga perspektif lainnya dapat disimpulkan kinerja perusahaan positif meskipun masih diperlukan perbaikan secara terus menerus guna menjalankan strategi dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Performance measurement is one of the most important factors. However, performance measurement in financial aspect is insufficient for current time. Today, there is a new measurement performance called which Balance Scorecard is quite comprehensive to measure financial aspect and non financial aspect. In this research, the researcher observed how Balance Scorecard applied in business unit of the company as a performance measurement system. In this case, Gama Multi Finance as business units of PT Gama Multi Usaha Mandiri would be measured by using four different perspectives. There are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growing perspective. The conclusion is, based on financial perspective, the company performance is not optimal and needed improvement. Other three perspectives showed positive result, even though the result are positive, they still need continually improvements for running the company's strategy and reaching the company's goals.
