Tax of motor vehicle represent one of biggest earnings in category of type of province tax. Therefore to increase earnings of motor vehicle tax, hence each; every area mount the II of there are unit - executor unit owning obligation to accept, to improving tax acceptance ( especially motor vehicle tax). regional motor vehicle tax of town madiun remit at UPTD Pendapatan of Madiun. What later will remit to Dipenda East Java. Level of tax accepted by UPTD Pendapatan of Madiun Kota of course will influence the potency and effectiveness of tax earnings for the year of hereinafter. As for enumeration of potency and effectiveness of PKB year 2006 with the case study at UPTD Pendapatan Madiun Kota intended by so that we can know the potency and its effectiveness, and also how prediction which can be given for the year of 2007.
